Brad Pitt 'being investigated over child abuse allegations

Brad Pitt is reportedly under investigation over claims he got ‘verbally abusive and physical with his children’ on a private jet.

The police and social services in Los Angeles are believed to be looking into allegations that the Moneyball star, 52, got drunk on a flight with Angelina Jolie and his kids and ‘went wild’.


According to TMZ, Pitt is said to have started ‘screaming and getting physical’ with his children.


It’s claimed that the actor even continued to ‘rant’ when the plane landed and tried to leave the scene in a fuel truck.

The alleged incident last Wednesday is believed to have prompted Jolie to split from Pitt the next day and then go on to file for divorce.

It was previously rumoured that the 41-year-old actress was unhappy with the way Pitt was parenting their six children.

The couple have reportedly been interviewed as part of the investigation with plans for authorities to speak to their kids too.

A source told the showbiz site: ‘He takes the matter very seriously and says he did not commit any abuse of his children.

‘It’s unfortunate that people involved are continuing to present him in the worst possible light.’
